Refund policy

Due to the nature of our fragrance products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.


Damages, Faults & Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, faulty, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, you must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

To lodge a claim, please email fificollective.co@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product
• Clear photos of the packaging

Claims made outside of the 24–48 hour timeframe may not be accepted.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement item at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrance products, perfume oils, perfumes, colognes, body products, custom orders, personalised items, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.


Custom & Personalised Orders

Custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has commenced.


Shipping

FifiCollective.co is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, courier services, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control once an order has been dispatched.
