INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.


FifiCollective.Co is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in lodging an enquiry with the shipping carrier.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order upon arrival.


If your order arrives damaged, faulty, leaking, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging.


Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
